Best OMFS externships for 4 YEAR programs

Yeah yeah I've heard LSU and Parkland are great and all, but has anyone done / heard of any good OMFS externships specific to 4-year programs? Thanks for your help!!

Anecdotally,

VCU is known to have a good program and are unlikely to really consider an applicant unless they extern.
Cook county omfs is also another I've heard good things about, exposure to trauma.

I did 2 weeks at VCU. Honestly it’s nothing special. I wasn’t super impressed by the program. I personally don’t recommend it
