Best practice set to simulate comsae

Taking the required COMSAE in a month and our school has advised us to take a practice test tomorrow in order to simulate 200Qs, 4 hours in a testing environment. I finished Combank in February and have moved on to Rx and Uworld. I bought COMQUEST after it was recommended by two faculty, but may consider ditching it minus OMM questions since I've yet to hear a single student at my school speak of COMQUEST. With all said, what do you recommend I use tomorrow? Rx? Uworld(I'm only a few hundred questions in)? An NBME? Should I do COMQUEST since the time allowed for a set of questions would be closer to what COMSAE would be(I've not figured out a way to change this setting in Rx or UWorld)?

Just buy an actual COMSAE...

Rx and UW won't come close to simulating a COMSAE. You have to have OMM practice. COMQUEST is probably the closest, but the best thing would be to actually take a COMSAE

I've heard it's a waste of time to buy COMSAE, especially since you only get a score and not the correct answers. I'd at least want to know what was correct to make it a little easier to review.

You should do the COMSAE because it will be a perfect simulation of your class COMSAE. You wouldn't be taking it for review, you asked what would be the best way to simulate the COMSAE and the only way to do that is by taking a COMSAE. Simply doing 200 COMQUEST questions won't cut it.

I couldn't advocate for this more... after 4 NBME's, UWS1, a COMBANK exam and scoring 230's (NBME/UWS1) and 650's (COMBANK) I got rocked with a 515 on the new COMSAE because they are such complete garbage and worded in a really weird/obscure way

Don't want to be stunned by the terrible questions/options on the day of your schools' COMSAE. It's another world out there

Just study for USMLE its the only test of the two that is legit. COMLEX is, was, and forever will be a joke since the NBOME has terrible question writers and poor standard setting ability, despite them saying otherwise

For what its worth if somebody wants to correlate COMSAE to other tests:

UWSA 1 = 262
AMBOSS = 244
NBME 18 = 240
NBME 21 = 232
NBME 22 (just now) 242

COMSAE 105 (3 days ago) = 530ish
COMSAE is much broader and much vaguer. IDK how to study for it, IDK what to change (except for doing some OMM before the comlex)

Oh, and what @stpawslugger said: you don't get your wrongs on the COMSAE. At least not on the school ones. Useless!
