I am using the old TBR Bio, TPR Science Workbook, and my textbook (Principle of Biochemistry).

The problem is that, the textbook seems too detailed, and the old TBR was not written on the new outline.

I know Kaplan has a prep book for Biochem, which contains few passages, however. I love the style of old EK books (review+practice questions). I know TPR/EK each have BIO+BIOCHEM combined in one book. I don't know much about NS. Anyone has recommendations for BIOCHEM?

I already took the old MCAT but I checked out the outline for the new one and honestly I don't see any significant changes. I mean the biochem part itself is covered in the Berkeley books (Organic and Bio) and if there are any missing info you can simply google them (example obesity and hormonal changes).

I'm using a mixture of Kaplan and TBR for biochem, but after creating an Excel sheet comparing the two books, realized that one could prepare for the biochem section just fine using TBR.

I like the Kaplan biochem book. Honestly, it's basically the biochem they taught us in my biology courses. That's a good 80-90% of it. There were only a few things I'd never seen before, and they were quite easy.
