Best time for 4th year international rotation?

Going into 4th year, when would be the best time to do an international rotation? Obviously, anytime after interviews would be fine, but ideally, I'd like to do at least one before interviews.

How would you fit Step 2's, Acting Internships/Auditions, doing rotations for letters, application, AND interviewing into your 4th year?

I did an international rotation in july of fourth year. Gives you something interesting to talk about during interviews. Also early enough so you still have time to audition.
