I was trying to book a flight to get to UC davis, but I just wasn't sure which airport I was supposed to choose. Do I go to the Sacramento airport? and then take the cab rest of the way? Somebody help me... 😕

Sacramento is the closest airport (SMF). From there, there are some shuttle services and stuff in the baggage claim area - no reservation needed.

my only concern is that, the medical school and the medical center are 15 min apart by car. so if you don't drive, are there shuttles to scoot you back and forth from the two places for your two interviews?

from what ive heard....i dont think ive ever heard of anyone taking a shuttle back and forth.

well to eliminate that concern im just gonna drive up from socali. if im there when you guys are there we can just pool it over but i still need to figure out when I can go while making sure i have enough time to prepare for this interview.

one of my top choices so i gotta bring my A game haha.

The closest airport to Davis is Sacramento. And airport shuttle services to and from Davis are available. Here's the link for more info

Also, if you need to go to the med center, there is a shuttle that makes round trips between the school campus and the med center. It's $1 ticket each way.

If you have anymore questions about Davis transportations, I'll try to help. I can put the knowledge I acquired as a Davis undergrad to good use! 🙂

i go to a school in the east coast... and i'll be back in LA in december (around 10th) for winter break... do you guys think it'll be better to schedule an interview after i come home? or should i schedule one in november? all uc's are rolling, right?
