How do you guys do this? Do you listen to audio first or book first? Also, do you like to look @ the "slides" or book while listening?

I liked the idea of the slides but it seems like they don't line up to the audio very well (if at all)...

thats the reason why I didnt bother...
regarding your question, I listened to audios and then looked at corresponding chapters. most of the things he talks about is mentioned in the book, even little nuggets here and there so you wouldnt be missing out if you left audios out.

I haven't listened to all of Goljan's audio, but this is the conclusion I've arrived as well. What's interesting is the absence of some topics in the book. For example, mantle zone lymphoma isn't mentioned at all, or the different types of osteogenesis imperfecta.

Listen to audio along with the RR Path book. It doesn't flow exactly but i found circling or highlighting the important stuff helps.
