Better to wait for a LOR...or submit now?

So one of my lazier Literature Professors almost completly forgot to even get started on my letter, but I've indicated in Stanford's 2ndary that I would mail them his.

Is it better to call them and say forget it? or should I wait.

Its almost my fourth LOR and I beleive my other three are pretty decent, yet are all science.

Not trying to troll , just looking for honest advice.

just email him with a friendly reminder and then wait...since it's your fourth you apps should be complete at most schools.
