Should I send the transcripts and applications as is now or wait for current semester grades to be posted?

Depends on how much those grades will help you. If you have a 3.7 then apply now. If the new grades will raise you from a 3.2 to a 3.3 then wait.

i sent them now. aadsas still is giving us a period of time where we can adjust the grades for spring quarter/semester and stuff. I would just submit it now so that it could get processed faster. as long as aadsas has the preliminary transcripts it can send to the dental schools. we can always update it earlier. gl with apps! i just finished submitting and paying for mine just now. 🙂 i'm soooooo relieved it's over and done with now. 🙂

Do not underestimate the importance to early application. You want your application seen before Aug/Sept for sure. Earlier the better. Like the previous post said, if it improves your GPA significantly, then wait (like if you are on the border of required GPA stats), otherwise send it in.
