I was wondering what the general thoughts on BID Harvard program are.

I really enjoyed interviewing at this program and could see myself as a good fit.

However, I am getting some feedback from mentors that some of the other programs I have interviewed at or will be interviewing at might be stronger choices (Penn, Columbia, Wash U).

I haven't really formulated a match list yet, but am considering potentially ranking this place first.

I am strongly interested in epilepsy and want to pursue academia.

I personally feel I am in a situation where I cant really make a wrong choice. I have about 5-8 programs I have interviewed at that I would be really happy at.

BIDMC is absolutely fine. Their people get good fellowships. Academically there are stronger departments including the ones you mentioned, but if you like feel of the BIDMC, which is smaller and a bit more evenly paced than Penn or Columbia, then there's nothing wrong with that.
