Hey everyone,

So, an interviewer asked me an interesting question that I thought I'd share with y'all. I was asked what I thought the biggest break through in OB/Gyn would be in the next 100 years.

I was like. Whoa.

Of course, I gave the generic minimally invasive surgery/robotics answer. I was wondering if you guys had any other ideas?

Clearly, some type of effective treatment of preterm labor.

Imagine the health care savings and reduction in both infant and material morbidity and mortality if every baby made it to term or near-term. It would be revolutionary.

I was always struck as to how little we know about labor/PTL and how poorly the current treatments work.

Laparoscopic cesarean delivery with removal of the infant from the abdomen via the Endobag!

WOw i reallly want to become an ob/gyn when i grow up, i wnated to know how fullfilling is learning abour the differenttopics in this carreer. 😳
