i have had good experience with caretracker - it is an ingenix product (owned in turn by united - arghhhh)... but it is an excellent product that does billing and practice management and is web based - so no hardware needed just internet connection from anywhere... they charge less than most (ie: <6% of collections) and do a great job... they dont do collections though

Look into this - their product is called AthenaCollector - web based and is reasonable - for around 5% of Collections

I thought with Athena you have to use their electronic medical record system as well.

not necassarily - i know of a couple practices that just use the Athenacollector
