The answer can be presented in 5'-> 3' direction or 3'->5' direction.

In the case of this question, I just produced a 3'->5' RNA strand and then flipped it so that it will be a 5'->3' strand. I did this because all the answer choices are presented 5'->3'
examples : 5'-AAT-3' and 3'-TAA-5'
