During Anaphase and Telophase, your chromosome count is technically equal to your chromatid count. When the sister chromatids split apart at Anaphase, they are considered separate chromosomes at that point.

I don't know what you have #Tetrad for because that will only be applicable during Prophase I and Metaphase I of meiosis, and its value will be N (e.g. humans have 2N = 46, during prophase I we form 23 tetrads). Once the homologous chromosomes split apart at Anaphase I there are no more tetrads.

Thank you, I made the changes. Does it look right now?

And I'm confused some sources count the number of chromosomes for telophase as cytokinesis! e.g if they give 2n=36, what's the number of chromosomes in Telophase? is it 4N => 2(36) = 72? Or just 36 (as in cytokinesis)?
