bio prerequisite?

Hello hello

Generally, many programs just list their bio requirements as "2 biology courses".
Although some specify general bio 1 and 2 others don't. Does this mean i can take gen bio 1 plus cell bio? whats the bio requirement, generally, for pt programs? Is it any two? Or gen bio 1 and 2?

Some even require 1 bio course. Does gen bio 1 fulfil this requirement even though its only the first half of the full year sequence?

Aoshivam,
PTCAS has a list of all participating programs (in alphabetical order and by state). If you click on the name of the school you are interested in, scroll down to the Prerequisites section... It will tell you what classes you need (and what is acceptable to cover that requirement) and if a lab is required. If you need further guidance, I suggest you contact the program directly. Good luck

Thank you but I actually asked this question after looking at the PTCAS webpage.

If they don't list the details for acceptable courses, then you should be able to take any 2 biology courses. I'd suggest checking the school's website and contacting them just to double check, though.
