The correct answer is D.

From my understanding, circulatory & bone are mesoderm. Dermal=skin & nerve should be ectoderm, correct? Or am I misunderstanding what dermal is?

This is a good question- I don't think I noticed that when I did it. I saw nerve and moved on, heh. It might be a distractor answer because "dermal" is kind of generic.

What people call the "skin" actually has three different layers: the hypodermis, dermis, and epidermis. The epidermis is what you see and what people usually mean when they say "skin." The dermis is under the epidermis and contains different structures.
