doesn't have to be. matastatic simply means that the canerous cells have moved from the initial site of infection. nothing about that states that it is invasive.
moving from initial site through the bloodstream to other parts is considered invasive. Your answer choice is malignant and the definition of malignant includes invasiveness when talking about cancer.
