i am really bad at biochem...........specially the basics..........can anyone help me out as to what i should start with!?

Dear Dr., I will follow the guidline as told by a friend who scored 99 in USMLE I.

Steps to Study Pathways:
1. First Aid USMLE Step I - 1st chart in the beginning which summarizes all the pathways. Read and correlate that same chart with the following pages for description.
2. For any further description look into Kaplan Biochemistry.

2. Step to Study Genetics:
1. Biochemistry of Kaplan - only study the medical genetics portion. Its a bit long (200 pgs) but will clear all the concepts as it starts from the basics.

well i had a lot of trouble with biochem as i didnt understand the basics too well while i was in first year....
but then i studied it from lipincott..... its an excellent book.... follow it well n im sure ul feel confident bout it
