High levels of fructose-2,6-bisphosphate in the liver would demonstrate a low rate of which of the following rxns?
alanine -> glucose
pyruvate -> oxaloacetate
acetyl CoA -> fatty acids
This is a question I came across that I don't understand, because it seems to me that high levels of fructose-2,6-bisphosphate (fed state, insulin, glucose, or need for glycolysis) would be associated with low levels of more than one of these conversions.
