I have a question for people who DIY their pre-reqs at community college. How did you get your biochemistry, cell bio and genetic classes? Did you have to wait a to transfer back to a university system to take the class or you can just go to the university and register for the class?

You may have already gotten your answer, but if you're looking to just take a few specific classes I would recommend looking for a nearby school with a non-degree program. Once you register through that program you will be able to sign up for their classes.
