Hey everyone! What exactly should I be concentrating on for metabolic pathways? What are some key concepts that I should be focusing on? How in-depth should I be studying each pathway? And, if I am having trouble understanding some of the concepts, what would be my best approach? I am using Kaplan & Khan Academy for content review. Thanks!

Check out the last quarter of the B/B section bank. It seems like you need to know quite a bit, with an emphasis being on glycolysis and the TCA cycle.

Understand the chemistry underlying those pathways is crucial to understanding the pathways themselves. You shouldn't try to memorize intermediates but rather draw out all the pathways and be familiar with the intermediates.
