I am applying to MD-PhD programs that have bioengineering programs and specifically I am looking for schools with synthetic and systems biology labs. So far my list includes

Boston University
Baylor/Rice
Duke
Harvard/MIT
Johns Hopkins
Northwestern
Stanford
UCLA
UCSD
UCSF
UT Southwestern/UT Dallas
University of Washington

Does anyone know of any other schools they have looked into? I am trying to apply broadly and I do not have geographic preferences.

OHSU has a relatively new program but the faculty is absolutely phenomenal. As a bonus, I learned from a MD/PhD in our lab the other day that they don't require any specific grad school courses. There are credit requirements of course, but you can basically take whatever you want.
