Well I am a Sophomore Bio major at Loyola University of Chicago, and I came into my freshman year with Biology Credits from highschool (kind of a bad idea). Well now next year I will be starting my biology courses and I think it is a really bad Idea to go into cell bio, genetics, ect.,(as well as the DAT) without taking bio for over 2 years. Whats the best way to relearn all that Intro Bio information? I should have just taken the class again so it stayed in my head, but as we all know hindsight is always 20/20. Im trying to locate my notes from the AP biology course, but I dont know if that will be enough. Any other options for relearning this intro Bio stuff? I can recall some of the things, but obviously after almost 2 years Im pretty rusty with it. Thanks.

I only got 1010 credit for my AP class. Check into it because the year of biology is a lot more intense and will help greatly with Cell, Micro and Genetics. I would recommend taking the whole set first, making the rest easier.

Im not sure what you mean by 1010 credit, but Im pretty sure that I got full equivilent credit for the full year of Bio (101,102 and the labs). It is too late for me however to take the full year of Bio again in college. Is there anything that will refresh me on the stuff I learned in highschool. I think if I can get updated on my intro bio at least a little bit at least enough to keep caught up in cell bio, genetics, and ecology I should be up to par and ready for the DAT.

Or can I go into cell bio, genetics, and ecology without knowing my intro bio up and down and still keep up?
