Hey, I am a student at Ryerson university located in Toronto. I am interested in applying into an american DPT program, however i do not have a traditional pre-physiotherapy degree. I am in the Biomedical Science degree.

Im missing some very important electives for DPT including Anatomy and Exercise Physiology and I am planing to graduate by the end of this year with a minor in chemistry.

Does anyone have any tips on how to take pre-PT courses post grad without a traditional degree in Canada?

I'm a Canadian who studied in America, graduated with a biology degree and will be going to an America PT school in May. You should check out (google) "edukan" and "bartonline" you can take A&P 1 & 2 online for a reasonable price and these online courses have a built in lab portion so must school will accept it as a pre-req. Just be sure to double check with your school personally as most of the schools listed on edukan are community colleges and some schools only accept courses from 4 year institutions. In case you were wondering I have taken a couple courses from both these sites.

Hey thank you so much i'm looking at these courses now, I have already taken physiology, I need anatomy (i found an online anatomy at mcmasters ill see if i can take it). But also for courses that are recommended for DPT programs, what did you end up taking any in particular from these online collages?
