I am a full time student joining the mha program this fall. While registering for my Biostatistics course, one of the sections is being taken by a renowned prof. but has both the online sections. Though there are other two sections which are taught in classes by other two profs.
I have no background in maths and was wondering if people with my bkground are able to pull off the course by taking it online. "CAN BIOSTATISTICS 1 BE LEARNT ONLINE ?"
Please advice what should i do as i am interested in taking this course from a good prof.

I took Biostats online without much of a problem, but two things made it successful: you watched taped classes, so it wasn't like you were handed the book and expected to figure it out yourself, and my professor was REALLY good about being available at odd hours to answer questions.

So, yes, it can be done, but if you're worried, I would take the in-person class. That being said, if you can add, subtract, multiply, and divide, Biostats I isn't all that challenging. YMMV.
