So I have the option of taking biomath or biostats next quarter. Biomath is much easier with a good prof and I would prefer to take it, but I hear biostats might be useful for the mcat. I do have some background in stats, though if it can give me a small boost for the mcat in the summer I'll take it. Otherwise I'll just take biomath in the spring. Any thoughts?

Eh I don't think biostats would do all that much for the MCAT. Stick with biomath if you think that'll be a better course.

Depending on what the content is I would go with biomath. This opinion is based on nothing other than the fact that I think biomathematics is super cool. 😎

why would biostat be relevant to the mcat? actually asking. I can't imagine an entire course on that would be necessary at all. go biomath imo!

from what I hear, there might be passages which focus on a little stat analysis (like a question or two) analyzing if the hypothesis is valid. I dunno, but I remember hearing it from somewhere. I think I'll go biomath then, thanks
