Ok so Gen Chem II B-
Gen Chem Lab B-
OChem II B-
OChem III B-
Suddenly I wish there weren't any minus/plus grades so they would be all B's.
I don't have any C's yet, just A's and B's and yes four B-. BCPM is a 3.3 ouch. Should I just be glad I didn't get C's in all of them and just try harder in the next classes...I have one year until I apply.
Any thoughts out there? Other than score a good MCAT, which now I have to do.

show an upwards trend, and don't get any more B-s, and you'll B fine.

I would be content with the grade you recieved. You always could have done worse. Just focus on bringing your GPA up a little more and try to get as much experience as possible, i.e. EC's and clinical volunteering. Good Luck.

did you not take gen chem I + lab and ochem I + lab??

Ummm well, I got: Gen Chem I A-
Gen Chem III B
Ochem I B

We only have one lab class for the entire sequence (3 quarters) of gen chem and ochem.
I haven't taken ochem lab, and now I don't plan to take it until senior year to avoid it on my BCPM because I am just expecting another B- or worse maybe a C.

Umm, why do you think you can only get a B- or C on ochem lab? That's not a good sign...

As for a bad sign, yes and no. Chemistry has never been a subject I have been very good at, I go in with high expectations to do better, but then there are a lot of people that just understand it better and perform higher. Its not that I do not study, I think my grade just reflects my understanding of the subject, which is poor.
I'm going to try hard though on the physical sciences on the MCAT, I have to prove myself.

Thanks for the comments everybody.
Now with chemistry somewhat behind me...I'm going to try to make this up with some upper division biology courses.

What you should do is never apply to med school. Period.
