Board Certified & practicing in UK.

Well its my first message on this forum.I wana know about the fact,after three year of residency in internal medicne in usa, and becoming Board Certified, can one practice in UK, or he/she has to take their licencing exams(PLAB).
Or second part of my question, Can one take MRCP part two ( in case his/her MRCP part one gets exempted after Board Certification) and practice in UK.
I hope some of u, knows about this, so please come forward and share your info with me.It wont hurt you, but will be of great benefit to others.
