My program does no meaningful board review or prep. The last two years the pass rate was approximately 33%. So, basically I'm terrified. My ITE scores have been at or above average all three years, and I've gone through the past 3 years of PREP and MedStudy Qbank. I haven't started "serious" studying yet.
My program will allow me to use conference money to attend a live review course. My fellowship does not have schedules yet and can't guarantee that I would get vacation for a course I purchase now. So I'm considering doing a review course before July, while residency will still pay part. I'm worried that it will be too early, but also don't want to miss this opportunity due to fellowship scheduling. Advice?
