Board Review/Studying MKSAP vs UWorld vs Kaplan vs other??

My wife is an intern and hopefully I will be one also next year (waiting on the match).. was wondering what do you guys use to study? MKSAP? UWorld? Kaplan? Uptodate? Other materials?

Do you believe there are different roles for different sources? Like is one better for boards and the other better for overall practical knowledge?

Board review and general medical knowledge to take care of patients are 2 different things as you will soon realize if match goes your way.
