Anyone have an opinion on putting board scores on one's CV?

For those who do interviews, is this something that you would find helpful?

Thanks!

The interviewers will all have your board scores in your file anyway. Putting them on your CV will just look tacky at best, boastful at worst.

I would just put the dates on you. Think of what would seem important to the interviewer. The essential thing is that you have taken them.

Did it for my letter writers because most of them specifically asked for it.

Did not for my interviewers. But I didn't do CVs for them because they already had the ERAS generated copy.

Putting down USMLE scores might not be a bad idea for osteopathic grads that apply to certain programs.

What about including hospitals one rotated at during third and fourth year? I've heard this being discussed but don't recall any solid opinions one way or the other. I guess I could see how this would be akin to name-dropping, which I've seen people get made fun of for when listing research experiences...Then again, I've seen sample CV's where one lists the PI's name.

According to what I've read about having a good CV, putting scores from any exam or grade should not be put on a professional CV. The only time scores would be mentioned on a CV is if there was some type of award given. An example would be getting AOA or graduating summa cum laude, if that is something that is acknowledged.

I did it for my letter writers as well, in addition to indicating what clerkships I honored in, but I took that stuff out for anything else
