Hi,

I am new to this website. I am not sure if this question has been posted in other threads or not, but I was wondering if anyone knew what the average step 1 scores were for psychiatry residencies in the NYC area; this is including manhattan, brooklyn, bronx, long island, and queens.

And also, if you all don't mind sharing, what are your step 1 scores and which psych residencies did you all get into? If anyone did get into the NYC area specifically, can you please share your scores?

Guy from my school (class of '09) matched into psych at Colombia. He got junior AOA and Step 1 was 269. Not sure about his Step 2, but I'm sure he rocked that too. I'm guessing he was above average for their program haha
