Has anyone developed a reasonably organized study plan for the AP/CP boards?

Is the RISE content outline
( http://www.ascp.org/education/assessment/rise.aspx# ) a good embarkation point?


Any advice would be appreciated from anyone who studied hard in their last year of residency for a summer (June/July) board exam.
