When exactly will we be able to sign up to do BOLC for the summer of 2013? Ive heard that it fills up fast and I'd really like to do it this year. If not, I'll probably have to wait 3 more years. And how do we go about doing that? Is it through MODS?

I'm a 3 year HPSP recipient and haven't had any correspondence from anyone about anything thus far. Any advice is helpful!

The HPSP will be sending out the official definative word within the next week. Here it is unofficially.

Dates: 6 June - 1 Jul also this year we are offering a second course 1 July - 27 July.

Before you receive orders, you are required to pass a distance learning class. The study guide (CDW) will be mailed out prior to 15 December. You must review the material and then take the test that will be offered on MODS. Once you have completed all 7 modules, you will be issued orders to attend.

Best advise at this point is to make sure that your address in MODS is correct in order to received the CDW.

Is there any date that we should try to get the distance learning thing done by? In other words, will the slots fill up quickly? I'd hate to waste a lot of time doing the distance learning if I won't be able to do the training this summer. Furthermore, my commonissioning docs still haven''t 100% processed, because,well, it's the Army and they take awhile to do everything.

1. The suspense dates will be in the announcement next week.

2. Because of the shortened time in residence, there are double the amount of seats usually made available.

3. If you haven't commisioned, you will not be issued the CDW, or access to MODS in order to complete the online portion.
