That's about as rare as rare can be. I've seen more cases of MH than significant methyl methacrylate reactions.


I wish it wasn’t the case. Had one with some mild hypoxia and hypotension that eventually recovered by the end of the case. Unfortunately the other case was a severe reaction and it did not go well. Bone cement + lousy bone + pressurized injection = badness.
