I will be doing an elective in peds plastics in February and would like to know if anyone has a book to recommend for such a rotation? I have never done a rotation in adult plastics and my career goal is ENT (likely peds ENT).

Plastic surgery secrets by Weinzweig is a great source. It's one of my favorite books, and I use it all the time on plastics rotations.
