Any recommendations on Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Pearls by Ted Lennard for oral boards? It consists of case studies. It is only $44 so I probably will buy it.

Does this book exist anymore? The only thing I found on amazon was Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Review for the Oral Boards 17 Cases to Cover your Bases. Is that the updated version of the book?
