Books and resources about physiatry?

I'm interested in PM&R as a field and want to do an elective about it. I understand that it might not be as "established" a field as say...cardiology or surgery, but I'm interested in finding more. Are there any good objective books out there about physiatry, the details of residency programs, pros/cons, etc. ?
