USMLEWorld is much more useful than all books combined.

But if you must, the Secrets, Boards and Wards, and First Aid books are all solid. Take a look at your bookstore and see which best suits your style.

Sorry - No book advice from me yet. Actually I wanted to know if anyone had advice for books specific for Surgery, Peds or OB - seems like the FA stuff is a little incomplete.
