What books has anyone found useful for students doing neurosurgery rotations/interested in neurosurgery? Any useful neuroimaging books?

Greenberg is the bible and there is another one by an Australian doc that is light on specifics, but explains the concepts very well. I just can't find it at the moment and don't remember the name.

If I find it I'll post the name of the other book.
