This wasn’t around when I applied, so I can’t comment directly on the product itself, but I do know a number of first and second year students at Penn that used it. Everything from Bootcamp was super solid when I applied, so I’m assuming this is no different.
PS package aside, the personal statement is a really important component of your app, so getting as much feedback about it is important - whether that’s through having friends/family read it or a professional service like bootcamp.
