Bootcamp RC Tests 1-5 vs 6-10 Strategies; RC Booster Pack?

For RC tests 1-3, I was able to get 29, 30, and 28 using search and destroy followed by a quick read of each paragraph I found the answer in (just in case there are inference questions). For RC tests 6-9 (The ones from DAT genius) there were more inference questions and more challenging search and destroy questions that seemed to require me to do an initial quick read first followed by search and destroy; even then I managed scores in the 20-21 range. On the real DAT, which strategy should I end up using: The strategies that help me get 28-30 on easier tests or 20-21 on the harder tests?

If I buy the RC booster pack, are those tests more like Tests 1-5 or 6-10?
