How can I determine if my bootcamp account is on hold. I had purchased it during a December sale and do not intend on using it until may. I had emailed Ari if he can put it on hold and had never received an email back. but it does give me the option to upgrade again. T/4 I am assuming that it is on hold and would like to know how to take it off hold when the time comes.

Can someone please LMK if this is common that Ari does not respond back, that he just does the request and never contacts? I am unsure if this was the usual route that the Bootcamp team usually does so that is why I am asking.

How can you tell if it is on hold if he has not responded? Thank you.
