Couple looking for roommate to share two-bedroom loft in South End, 1140 Washington St. – ‘Hub Building’ at corner of Washington & E. Berkeley, across from Peter’s Park and Myers & Chang, adjacent to Laconia and Gateway Lofts. 0.9 miles walk to Boston Medical Center – 0.4 miles to Tufts Medical Center/Dental. Current roommate moving out of state due to layoff. Available for May 15 or June 1 move-in.
Apartment is 0.4 mile walk to Orange line (Tufts Medical Center) – 0.6 mile walk to Red line (Broadway) – and 0.7 mile walk to Green line (Boylston). Silver Line buses along Washington St. 15 minute walk to Back Bay/Copley or Boston Common – great location.
5 minute walk to Whole Foods and Ink Block restaurants. Also SOWA farmers markets on Sundays. Peter’s Park has basketball, tennis.
