Boston Programs?

Does anyone know anything about the residency programs in the Boston area (Brigham, Tufts, BU, Beth Israel, Brown, etc)? I'm looking for anything on either the personality of the programs as well as whether people think doing a 4th year elective at one or more of the programs would be worthwhile. I've looked at the residency information pages on apgo.org, but it's tough to get a feel for a program just with statistics. Thoughts?

I have no idea what the Boston programs are like....Why would one even want to stay on the East coast... West coast medicine much nicer. Give CA a try come on out!
