Does anyone know anything about the residency programs in the Boston area (Brigham, Tufts, BU, Beth Israel, Brown, etc)? I'm looking for anything on either the personality of the programs as well as whether people think doing a 4th year elective at one or more of the programs would be worthwhile. I've looked at the residency information pages on apgo.org, but it's tough to get a feel for a program just with statistics. Thoughts?
