You can contact Joshua Swanson, and he will sign you up for another session. He was the one sending me the links for both the Ambassador Chats and the Student affairs presentation. He usually sends the link an hour before the event starts.

Well they are scheduling several of these events with dates after the release date of initial offers so we will see! I don’t think it’s going to inhibit them making an offer🙂 as long as it is complete. IMO

Yeah it won’t stop them from making an offer for sure. But it is a part of matriculation.

This website right here says BU pre-dental students stats: 65 had masters, 52 PHD. Does this school prefer masters and phd students over bachelors?

Were you accepted? I was but nothing about merit aid and I have the stats.

Yes! It was in a separate email titled ‘BU GSDM DMD Admission Award.’ I can’t qualify for financial aid so I thought this was the best I could get. I was just wondering if there was a maximum amount they provide so I could perhaps negotiate…

I also have decent stats but unlike Tufts where they explicitly say top 20 get something, I wasn’t aware BU even offered anything until I got the email. I did have quite a bit of extracurriculars/dental xp so maybe they considered that as well? Just want more info 😭

I did not send them a letter of interest! My masters was a 1 year graduate level biology focused masters! My undergrad gpa was less than stellar but my masters gpa was much higher. Hoping for the best *fingers crossed*.

I visited both before December decision day. I dont have time to go back and see them. To me, Tufts feels like a dental hospital and BU feels more like a dental clinic if that makes sense. Im not sure which vibe I like better.
