As Blood Pressure increases, there is more blood entering the nephron of the kidney and thus the GFR increases (correct me if I am wrong).

Shouldn't then a higher blood pressure lead to an increase in the oxygenation of the blood; doesn't a higher blood pressure mean that more blood is passing through the lung?
