I've seen BR customer service complaints for ages. Everyone says their books are great but getting them is a pain (no one ever answers the phone, it takes ages to get the books, emails go unanswered, etc.). So, I doubt it's because we're near the holidays. Good luck. They have a cult following but refuse to get their business into high gear--goodness knows why they don't get their act together and make purchasing easier, they would make much more money and have happier customers.
How can a company make such great mcat books but have such shotty customer service and ordering system?!!

I've been looking on eBay and SDN also but on SDN as soon as I PM the seller they've already sold their BR books! LoL

I was originally going to go w/ EK but after doing some research on here I decided to go w/ BR
I should have done my research sooner.
I just hope I get my BR books by Jan. 7th to make my 12 week study window. I take the mcat on April 4th.......fml
