If you're reading the entire section, completing the passages, and going over them within 3 hours (with high averages on the practice passages), you're in great shape. I'm guessing you have a solid background in the pre-reqs if you're able to go through each section so quickly?
I find myself taking 2-4 hours to go through content then an additional hour on each 1/3 of passages/answer-checking. I'm doing a modified SN2 schedule due to excess study materials, so I end up doing 1.5 BR sections including 2/3s of the associated passages (w/ review), corresponding EK 1001 questions (w/ review), and a 60-minute verbal test (w/ review) each day. FWIW, my averages on BR range from 70%-90% with outliers in the 60s (bio) and high 90s (orgo); ymmv depending on how strong your background is in each topic - I tend to take a little longer in learning the PS stuff while I fly through the BS stuff.
