I'm from Maryland and I really want to go to NYU so thats the school I'm focusing on. I know my PAT grade is low but the graphics were so terrible that it completely threw me off time wise and I freaked. I'm hoping the rest of my grades and my GPA can make up for it. What do you guys think?

I would suggest that you retake because of the low PAT score. Most schools have a cut off of 15. I would call the admissions office for NYU and asked them. Everything else looks good.
What materials did you use for PAT?

Well if it's a 15 shouldn't I be okay?

I think the admission committee will look at your 16 and say he is good but he is not good enough.
